Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Photo/Video Disclaimer

INT'L CAFE reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any INT'L CAFE event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. INT'L CAFE may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by INT'L CAFE including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.


To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian


A person attending an INT'L CAFE event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact INT'L CAFE at andrea.papini@INT'L CAFE, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. INT'L CAFE will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.


By participating in an INT'L CAFE event or by failing to notify INT'L CAFE, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by INT'L CAFE, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify INT'L CAFE from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.


Any person or organization not affiliated with INT'L CAFE may not use, copy, alter or modify INT'L CAFE photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from INT'L CAFE.
