Cheers! is prepaid value reserved from Signature Club ticket sales, redeemable at the venue where it originated. It allows guests to reward those who elevated their experience and gives everyone a reason to come back for another round.
The gift-able allocation expires after the gifting window if unused. Cheers! is not additional revenue when redeemed; it encourages repeat visits along with extra customer spending at the time of redemption.

What else do you want to know?
Do I need to run every event myself?
No. You can run your own Signature Club or accept requests from Local Hosts who organize their own gatherings.
What does it cost to get started?
Launch Partner, opening soon, is $0/month plus 10% of ticket face value. Club Partner is $149/month with 0% ticket commission and is available today. Attendees pay a separate 5% platform fee at checkout.
How does Cheers! affect my ticket revenue?
By default, 20% of each ticket's face value is reserved as Cheers! before the rest is allocated between the venue and any host. You can set it to 15% or 10% for each series. On Local Host Events, Cheers! comes from the venue's fixed allocation.
Can I change or turn off Cheers! later?
Yes. You can lower the rate or turn Cheers! off for a series. Changes apply from the next scheduled date, guests are notified, and tickets already sold keep the Cheers! they came with.
Can I control what happens in my space?
Yes. You set availability, guest limits, requirements and perks, and approve Local Host requests before events are confirmed.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are handled by Stripe and follow Stripe's payout schedule for your account. Every sale and payout shows up in your venue reports.
Do I keep my food and drink sales?
Yes. INT’L CAFÉ only processes ticket sales. Everything guests order at your venue is rung up on your own register and stays 100% yours.
What is the 5% attendee fee?
It’s a separate checkout fee paid by attendees when they buy a ticket. It never comes out of your ticket proceeds or your venue allocation.
How does Cheers! work at my register?
Cheers! is held in a virtual wallet on intlcafe.io and in the INT’L CAFÉ app. At your register it works like any credit, debit or gift card: guests tap to pay. If their Cheers! doesn’t cover the full bill, they pay the rest with another payment method as usual. Cheers! can only be used at the venue where it was earned.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract. You can cancel Club Partner anytime. A month that’s already been paid isn’t refunded, and you won’t be billed for the months after you cancel. Launch Partner has no monthly fee.
What if a host cancels or turnout is low?
You set capacity and requirements before you approve any request. If an event is cancelled, attendees are refunded under the INT’L CAFÉ refund policy.
How are Local Hosts vetted?
Nothing is booked until you approve it, and you see each host’s request and message first. Club Partner venues also see detailed stats on each host’s event history, including number of events, average attendance, ticket sales and returning attendees.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong during an event?
Liability for an event rests with the venue and any collaborating hosts, not with INT’L CAFÉ (Travelers Club Int’l Inc.). Keep your usual liability insurance in place. Your house rules always apply, and you can decline any request that doesn’t fit your space.
How much staff time does this take?
With an INT’L CAFÉ event kit, day-of setup can take as little as 15 minutes. On event days guests check in through INT’L CAFÉ ticketing, and Local Hosts run their own programming, so your team can focus on hospitality.
Who promotes the events?
Events are listed to the INT’L CAFÉ community, and Local Hosts bring and promote to their own followings. Club Partner adds calendar embeds, branded announcements and promo guides.
What kinds of venues and clubs work best?
Cafés, bars, restaurants and cultural spaces with hours they’d like to fill and a personality to build a club around. Konbini & Kanpai, a Chicago sake and wine shop, hosts a Japanese conversation club twice a month.
Can I keep my existing events and regulars?
Yes. You choose which days and hours are open to clubs, and you can block out private events and your regular programming on your calendar.
How long does it take to launch a Signature Club?
We recommend giving yourself one month to launch a Signature Club series. You’ll be guided through each step along a proven path.
Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade to Club Partner anytime, and cancel anytime. Once Launch Partner opens, you can also switch from Club Partner to Launch Partner, starting with your next billing month.
Who owns the guest data from my events?
You own your venue’s content and event data. Attendee details from your events are shared with you so you can run and follow up on your events, in line with our Privacy Policy and the choices attendees make. Club Partner venues can export their calendar to ICS and CSV and see event and page reports.
